A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we meet.

Can our team see a demonstration?

Yes. Request a guided walkthrough and describe your care setting so the discussion can focus on the workflows relevant to your organization.

Can partners access the entire clinical application?

No. Partner workspaces are limited to authorized capabilities and assigned work. They are separate from nurse, provider and administrative workspaces.

Does the platform replace clinical or billing judgment?

No. Clinicians remain responsible for documented findings and decisions. Coding, claim preparation and external release require the appropriate human review.

Can we deploy across multiple locations or countries?

Discuss your locations, languages, contractual requirements and regulatory obligations with us. Availability and implementation scope must be agreed for your organization; requirements vary by region.
